Free Lawn Survey & Healthcheck

We will:

  • Make a timed appointment to visit your lawn.
  • We will be on time, or inform you of any delays
  • Take time to assess your lawn, your soil, your wishes and your treatment options
  • Provide a written quotation for you to consider in your own time


We will:

  • Always make an appointment using email, text or a call before we visit your property, and where possible give you an approximate time but please understand timings are subject to change; weather and traffic are just 2 variables that sometimes impact operations.
  • Watch the weather and only apply treatments when it is appropriate to.
  • If we have to postpone an appointment we will let you know and all we ask is to make sure any access gates are left unlocked so we can press on if you are absent.
  • We will leave paperwork explaining what we did and offering advice that may help along with feedback on the condition of your lawn.

Customer Guarantee

We will:

  • Not ask you to sign a contract; you are free to stop treatments anytime for any reason
  • Ask for payment when treatments are completed to your satisfaction; we trust you
  • Be happy to discuss problems with you in a friendly manner
  • Return to resolve any issues, including  a free re-treatment
